摘 要:为研究黄瓜耐低温性的机理,摸索鉴定黄瓜耐低温性的方法,对不同来源黄瓜品系9504、9507、9524、9508、9511、9514、9506、9510和9517进行白天12℃,晚上8℃的低温处理,每天光照7.5h,强度为30μmol·m-2·s-1,共处理14d,对耐寒性进行分级,并计算耐寒指数,测定常温下黄瓜种子含水量、自由水含量、束缚水含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、淀粉含量、种子含油量、亚油酸含量和油酸含量。结果表明:低温处理后,不同来源黄瓜品系种子含水量、油酸含量基本相同,自由水、束缚水含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、淀粉含量、种子含油量和亚油酸含量表现不同。其中9504和9507耐寒指数最高(0.8),自由水含量低(小于5%),束缚水含量高(大于2.98%),可溶性蛋白含量较高,淀粉含量较低,种子含油量较高,亚油酸含量较高。进一步的相关分析表明,自由水含量、束缚水含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、淀粉含量和亚油酸含量5个性状与耐寒指数的相关达显著水平,说明其与黄瓜耐低温性关系密切,可作为黄瓜耐低温性鉴定的间接指标。To study the mechanism of chilling tolerance in cucumber and find the identify methods, we carried on low-temperature treatments,given 12℃/8℃ in day/night, with 7.5 hours everyday by the light intensity of 30μmol·m^-2·s^-1(or 2klx) for 14 days to 9 different lines of cucumber 9504,9507,9524,9508,9511,9514,9506,9510 and 9517. Classified the chilling tolerance, and calculated the chilling tolerance index. We measured water content in seed, free water content, bound water content ,soluble protein content, starch content, oil content in seed, linoleic acid content, oleic acid content. The experiment results indicated that, the water content in seed and oleic acid contents in different materials were similar,the other characters were differences between materials. Approaching correlation analysis indicated that,chilling tolerance index had reached the significance level with free water content, bound water content, soluble protein content, starch content, linoleic acid content. These characters had closely relationship with chilling tolerance of cucumber, and maybe it would be indirect characters for identification of chilling tolerance on cucumber.
