摘 要:将600只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为5组。第1组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,第2组为抗生素对照组,饲喂基础日粮+50mg·kg-1金霉素,第3,4,5组分别饲喂基础日粮+250mg·kg-1,基础日粮+375mg·kg-1,基础日粮+500mg·kg-1的紫苏-月见草复合提取物,进行饲养试验,研究紫苏-月见草复合提取物对肉仔鸡脂类代谢和免疫机能的影响。结果表明:各试验组均不同程度降低了血清甘油三脂和血清总胆固醇水平,特别是375mg·kg-1组在6周龄时效果最好,甘油三酯和血清总胆固醇含量分别比空白对照组降低5.39%和2.64%(p﹤0.05),具有降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的趋势(p﹥0.05)。在免疫调节方面,3周龄时,试验组肉鸡免疫器官指数显著高于对照组,尤其是375mg·kg-1组的肉鸡胸腺指数和法氏囊指数分别比对照组提高21.99%和17.98%(p﹤0.05),而6周龄时各组差异不大;在3周龄时,试验1,2组鸡只的外周血T淋巴细胞百分率分别为43.73%和44.68%,与对照组相比差异显著(p﹤0.05),在3和6周龄时,试验1,2组不同程度增加了新城疫抗体滴度(Log2),但没有表现出剂量效应。Six hundred one-day-old Avian broilers were divided into five groups. Each group had six repeats of twenty birds. Group 1 was fed a basal diet, Group 2 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 50 mg·kg^-1 aureomycin. Group 3,4,5 were fed a basal diet supplemented with 250,375,500 mg·kg^-1 perilla frutescens britt-evening primrose extractive respectively. The effects of perilla frutescens britt-evening primrose ectractive on lipid metabolism and immune function were studied. The results indicated that the contents of serum TG and TC of all experiment groups (group3,4,5) were lower than that in control group, especially 375 mg·kg^-1 additive group was the lowest(p 〈 0.05),the contents of serum TG and TC in it was decreased by 5.39% and 2.64% than blank control group, and there was a tendency to decrease the content of LDL-C in experiment groups (p 〉 0.05). At the age of 3 weeks, the index of immune organ was promoted by the perilla frutescens britt-evening primrose extractive, especially index of the thymus and bursa of fabricius in 375 mg·kg^-1 additive group were higher by 21.99% and 17.98% individually compared with blank control group significantly (p 〈 0.05), however it had no great effects at 6 week old. at the age of 3 weeks, Lymphocyte ANAE+ rate of experimentl and experiment 2 was 43.73% and 44.68% respectively, higher than control group (p 〈 0.05).and content of the Newcastle Disease(ND) hemagglutination inhibition(HI) antibody titer in blood in experimentl and experiment 2 was increased (p 〈 0.05), however it had no dosage effect. It was concluded that added perilla frutescens britt-evening primrose extractive could enhance immune function and decrease lipid of broiler than that not added group significantly, in which 375 mg·kg^-1 dosage was the best in the three experiment groups.
