摘  要:汽轮发电机安装中转子扬度的测量非常关键,而现有的检测方法其精度和稳定度都有所欠缺。通过分析精度要求和传感器特性,进行了基于电解质微倾角传感器的高精度转子扬度测量仪的设计。从传感器的选择、特性分析、仪器结构、硬软件设计等方面进行了说明,试验数据表明该仪器可满足大型机电设备的安装调试需要。The measurement of up-rising inclination of the rotor is crucial in installation of turbine generator, while all the existing methods of measurement are not satisfied in stability and accuracy. Through analyzing the demand of accuracy and the characteristics of transducers, a high precise measuring instrument based on electrolyte sensor of micro tilt angle for measuring up-rising inclination of the rotor is designed. The selection of the sensors, analysis of characteristics, the structure of instrument, the design of hardware and software are expounded. The test data shown that the instrument meets the requirements of installation and commissioning of large scaled electromechanieal equipment.
