摘　　要：在中共纪念改革开放30周年前夕,胡锦涛同志在十七大上对改革开放的起点、成就、性质、目的、进程、基本问题、宝贵经验、态度、成功原因和成果分享等10个问题作了全面而又明确的回答。在理论上,有利于统一全党全国人民的思想,凝聚改革共识,在实践中,有利于进一步加快改革开放步伐,推进改革开放伟大事业。On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up to the outside world, Comrade Hu Jintao elaborated his 10 views on the starting, achievement, nature,purpose,process,basic problems,valuable experience, attitude, factors of success, and share of results of the reform and opening up to the outside world in great detail at the 17th National Congress of the CPC. In theory, his views facilitate the unification of the ideas of the Party and the Chinese people. In practice, the viws facilitate the further development of the reform and opening up to the outside world, promoting the great cause of reform and opening up to the outside world.
