摘　　要：服务区域是一般地方高校的战略选择,一般地方高校与区域的互动发展和构建区域化战略联盟,是一般地方高校发展的重要动力源和培育办学特色的关键。一般地方高校要与区域高校构建战略合作关系,与区域企业构建战略联合体,与地方政府建立良好的协作关系,依靠战略联盟获取更多地区域优质资源。Serving for the regional economic development is a strategic choice for ordinary colleges and universities. The construction of strategic coalition among colleges and universities as well as the interaction between higher institutions and their for their development and a significant key to the local communities are an important source of power establishment of their striking feature. The ordinary colleges or universities should establish strategic cooperation with the local institutions of learning, strategic coalition with the enterprises in their communities, and good relationship with the local governments. With these strategic coalitions, they can secure more schooling resources.
