C反应蛋白、E选择素与2型糖尿病肾病的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、可溶性E选择素(sE-selectin)水平变化与糖尿病肾病之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测50例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和25例健康人(对照组)的血清hs-CRPs、E-selectin水平。结果(1)2型糖尿病组血清hs-CRP和sE-selectin水平高于对照组,糖尿病肾病组高于糖尿病无并发症组;(2)2型糖尿病血清hs-CRP与sE-selectin呈正相关。结论血清hs-CRP与sE-selectin相互作用,可能参与了糖尿病的发生与发展,并与糖尿病肾病的发生与发展有密切的关系。Objective To explore the changes in serum levels of C - reactive protein （CRP） and sE - selectin, the relations of them to diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods By ELISA method, the concentrations of CRP and sE - selectin were measured in 50 patients with T2DM and 25 controls. Results （1）The concentrations of CRP and sE - selectin were higher in T2DM patients than in controls, the concentrations of CRP and sE - selectin in type 2 diabetic patients with DN were higher than those in type 2 diabetic patients without DN. （2）Serum level of CRP was positively correlated with serum level of sE - selectin in type 2 diabetic patients. Conclusion The interaction of CRP and sE - selectin might participate in the occurrence and development of T2DM, and correlated to the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.
