双黄连吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药双黄连雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将50例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成两组,两组均采用综合治疗,治疗组加用中药双黄连雾化吸入,对治疗后症状、体征改善时间进行比较。结果治疗组缓解喘憋、缩短哮鸣音的时间均明显优于对照组。结论中药双黄连吸入治疗毛细支气管炎,有效、安全、方便,可明显加快治愈过程。可以作为治疗毛细支气管炎的有效方法之一。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the inhalation shuanghuanglian on bronchiolitis. Methods 50 cases of bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly. Both groups were treated with synthetis therapy. 25 cases in treated group were assis- treated with shuanghuanglian inhalation.The clinical effects were evaluated in both groups after the treatment. Result The group with inhaled shuanghuanglian is superior to the control group in relieving asthma and shortening the wheezing sound. Conclusion shuanghuanglian inhalation is effective, safe and convienent to treat bronchiolitis. It can be one of effective ways in the treatment of bronchiolitis.
