摘 要:在 Na_2O—SiO_2渣系中分别添加 P_2O_5、V_2O_5、FeO 氧化物,考察了它们对硫在渣和金属间平衡分配比的影响。发现这三种氧化物对 Na_2O—SiO_2渣系脱硫均有不利影响。在 Na_2O—SiO_2渣系中,固定 SiO_2含量,用等摩尔 CaO 取代其中的 Na_2O,比较了它们的脱硫能力。得知 CaO 的脱硫能力不及 Na_2O。Adding P_2O_5,V_2O_5,FeO into Na_2O—SiO_2 slags respectively, we observed the effects of these oxides on the sulfur partitions between carbon saturated hot metal and Na_2O—SiO_2 slags.The results obtained can be expressed as follows: (1)With the increase of P_2O_5 in slags,the sulfur partition ratios decrease at 1350℃;(2)With the increase of V_2O_5 in slags,the sulfur partiton ratios decrease at 1300℃.As the alkalinity of P_2O_5 and V_2O_5 gets closer,the effects of them on the sulfur partitions are almost the same; (3)FeO is infavorable for the desulfurization ability of Na_2O—SiO_2 slags. The experiment results show that FeO can reduce the activity of sulfur in metal. The sulfur partitions between carbon saturated hot metal and Na_2O— SiO_2—CaO melts at constant SiO_2,content were also measured at 1350℃. Through these experiments,we find that the desulfurization ability of CaO is much lower than that of Na_2O. The phase state of P_2O_5,V_2O_5 and,CaO in slags are obtained.
