摘　　要：在贴片机运动控制系统中，机器视觉对于元件精确定位起着至关重要的作用。本文在分析机器视觉和图像处理的基础上，重点讨论了贴片机机器视觉系统中元件定位的主要图像处理过程，并通过仿真安验选择了其实现方法。Machine Vision plays a very important role for the elements accurate positioning in Chip Mounter Motion Control System. In this paper, based on the analysis of machine vision and image processing, the authors discuss the major process of image processing and the simulation experiment, by means of which the implementation method is selected.
