摘 要:用水生生物急性毒性试验方法,研究杀虫剂敌敌畏(DDVP)对云南小狭口蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性影响.结果表明:在水温21—22℃条件下,DDVP对云南小狭口蛙蝌蚪的24,48,72,96h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为114.82,102.33,81.28,51.29mg/L,并呈线性关系,安全浓度(SC)为5.13mg/L;敌敌畏对云南小狭口蛙蝌蚪的行为有显著影响,但蝌蚪异常行为的出现与敌敌畏浓度没有明显的剂量-效应关系.The acute toxicity of dichlorvos (DDVP) on tadpoles of Calluella yunnanensis was studied with standard determination technique of aquatic biological toxicity. It was showed by the results that the 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h LC50 values of dichlorvos to the tadpoles was 114. 82mg/L, 102.33 mg/L, 81.28 mg/L and 51.29 mg/L respectively under 21 - 22℃ temperature condition. There was a linear correlation between the effect duration and DDVP concentration, and the safe concentration (SC) was 5.13 mg/L. DDVP had remarkable influence on tadpoles of CallueUa yunnatnensis, but there was no obvious dosage,effect relation at abnormal behavior of the tadpoles and DDVP concentration.
