摘　　要：在改革进程中,高校固定资产流失是个亟待重视和解决的问题。探讨了固定资产流失的路径和制度性根源,并提出了根治高校固定资产流失的制度创新建议。The problem of fixed assets running off should be paid more attention to and solved at the process of reform in colleges and universities. The paper explores the way of fixed assets running off and the reason caused by present system, and proposes some suggestions for preventing the fixed assets from running off.
