摘　　要：控制和降低行政成本,是我国深化行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府的重要目标。该文从行政成本涵义入手,分析我国行政成本居高不下的原因,指出必须树立行政成本意识,加强行政成本的监督,强化行政决策的约束,扩大公共服务市场化,全面推行电子政务。It is an important goal in our country while we are deepen the administrative managment system and establish a servieoriented government.starting from analying the meaning of administrative cost,this paper analyzes the reason why the administrative cost in our country remains high and puts forwaed some advice.
