摘  要:从微观和宏观分析的角度研究了黑液水煤浆、普通水煤浆和制浆原煤的燃烧特性,以探究造纸黑液对水煤浆燃烧性能的影响及机理。结果表明,与其他两种燃料相比,由于黑液的作用,黑液水煤浆具有着火温度低、燃尽率高、燃尽时间短和污染物排放低的特点,SO2绝大部分被NaOH、Na2CO3吸收固定在灰渣中。X射线衍射和能谱分析结果发现,黑液中的Na是引起黑液水煤浆具有较强沾污结渣倾向的重要因素。In order to investigate the influence of black liquor on combustion characteristic of black liquor coal-slurry, combustion tests of black liquor coal-slurry, coal-water-slurry and the raw coal in thermobalance and 0.25MW experimental furnace were carried out, the combustion performance of three fuels were studied by means of microanalysis and macroanalysis. The results indicated black liquor coal-slurry has advantages of lower ignition temperature, higher bum-out rate, shorter burn-out time, less pollutant emission, and most of sulfur dioxide is absorbed and fixed into residual ash by sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate compared with the other two fuels. Meanwhile, the results of X-ray diffraction analysis and energy spectrum analysis showed that sodium in black liquor is the key factor causing stronger tendency of fouling and slagging.
