摘 要:研究了一种新型阳离子AKD施胶剂的制备及应用,将该阳离子AKD施胶剂与传统AKD施胶剂分别对阔叶木浆与草浆施胶,结果表明,在同等施胶条件下,阳离子AKD施胶剂的施胶性能均优于传统AKD施胶剂。由于阳离子AKD分子上接枝了具有高阳电荷的阳离子基团,故能更多地留着并定向排列分布在纤维表面上,因此比传统AKD施胶剂具有更好的施胶效果。The preparation of a novel cationic alkyl ketene dimer sizing agent and its application were investigated in this paper. The results showed that: sizing in the same conditions as for the conventional AKD size, the sizing degree of wood pulp increase by 30% when 0.2% no- vel cationic AKD is used; the sizing degree of straw pulp increases by 20% when 0.3% novel size is added. Therefore, the novel cationic AKD sizing agent has better sizing performance than traditional AKD sizing agent.
