四藤片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的：制订四藤片的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对方中的春根藤、石蒲藤进行定性研究，采用高效液相色谱法，以Diamonsil C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为分析柱，以甲醇-1．2％冰醋酸（15：85）为流动相，检测波长为327nm，测定方中忍冬藤的绿原酸含量。结果：春根藤、石蒲藤可用薄层色谱法鉴别；绿原酸进样量在0．02～1．0μg范围内与峰面积具有良好线性关系，r=0．9999，加样回收率为104．40％，RSD％为0．49％。结论：所建立的方法简便易行、准确、重现性好，可用于四藤片的质量控制。Objective： To establish the method for quality control of Siteng Tablets. Methods ： Alyxia sinensis and Pothos chinensis in Siteng Tablets were identified by TLC, the chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. The condition of HPLC was Diarnonsil C18 column （4. 6 mm×250mm,5 μm）, methanol and 1.2% glacial acetic acid（ 15：85 ）as mobile phase , the detection wavelengh was 327 nm. Alyxia sinensis and Pothos chinensis can be identified by TLC. Results：A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0. 02 - 1. 0 μg of the chlorogenic acid（ r = 0. 999 99 ）. The average recovery was 104.40% （ RSD% = 0. 49% ）. Conclusions： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control.
