摘　　要：目的：建立一种不经衍生测定青蒿素含量的方法。方法：采用乙腈-水（60：40）为流动相，检测波长为203nm，流速1．0mL·min^-1，柱温30℃，以50％丙酮为青蒿提取溶液及青蒿素的稀释溶剂。结果青蒿素线性范围为0．12～1．2μg（r=0．9972）；回收率为99．0％，RSD为1．44％。结论：采用50％丙酮为稀释或提取溶剂，操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高，重复性好。适用于青蒿质量评价及其提取工艺的在线监测。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of arterisinin without derivatives in herb Atemisiae annuae. Method：Using ODS eolumn,acetonitrile-water （60： 40） as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min ^-1, wavelength of the detection was 203 nm, at 30 ℃ column temperature, 50% acetone solution for the extraction of artemisiniae annuae and the diluted solvent artemisinin. Results ： Linear range of artemisinin was 0. 12 - 1.2μg （ r = 0. 997 2） ; the recovery was 99.0% （ RSD = 1.44% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate, highly sensitive and well reproducible. The method was applied to the quality of the evaluation and extraction process on-line monitoring of Artesunate.
