摘　　要：本文根据深化投资改革的要求及风电的技术经济特点,论述建立风电项目后评价制度的必要性;然后阐述项目后评价的涵义、类型、内容及方法;最后,分析风电项目后评价的有关问题。With the demand of deep-going investment reform, in consideration of the characteristics of wind power, the authors discussed the necessity of establishing the system of Post-Evaluation for wind power. The type, the content and the method for Post-Evaluation of alteration are diseussed. After Post- Evaluation and the related problems of wind power are analyzed
