精神分裂症患者骨折内、外固定术的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神分裂症患者肢体骨骨折内-外固定术治疗的效果。方法:58例精神分裂症骨折患者做内固定术33例,做整复外固定术25例。结果:内固定组临床愈合28例(84.8%),延迟愈合5例(15.2%);整复外固定组临床愈合14例(56.0%),延迟愈合11例(44.0%)。结论:精神分裂症患者骨折最好采用坚强内固定术,可降低延迟愈合并畸形愈合的发生率,也有利于精神症状的控制和治疗,减少专科护理和治疗难度,如期回归社会、回归家庭,有利于提高个体和家属的生活质量。Objective： To assess the proper operative approach of arm and leg bone fractures in schizophrenics. Methods： 58 schizophrenics with the fractures were randomly enrolled into the internal fixation fixation- treated group（30 eases） and the external fractures fixation- treated group（28 eases）. Results： The operative efficacy showed that 28（84.8 % ） patients attained the clinical healing and 2（6.67 % ） patients were postponed in the internal fractures fixation - treated group, but 17 （60.71% ） patients at rained the clinical healing and 11 （39.29 % ） patients were postponed in the external fractures fixation- treated, mean while after one year followed up,5（ 17.85% ） patients had the malformed healing in this group.Conclusion： The internal fractures fixation is the proper operative approach the arm and leg bone fractures in schizophrenics, and is helpful tO decreasing the postponed and malformed healing, and can also relieve the psychiatric symptoms.
