突发事件对境外矿业投资期权价值的影响研究

摘　　要：境外矿业投资项目受到许多不确定因素的影响,这些不确定因素给矿业投资项目带来巨大的投资风险,同时也给矿业投资带来投资机会价值.文中运用实物期权定价理论和方法,分析了矿业投资的期权特性,讨论了各类突发事件对境外矿业投资项目的影响,建立了相应的分析方法和评价模型,为矿业投资项目评价和投资决策提供了新的思路和方法.Overseas mining investment projects are affected by many uncertainties. Those uncertain factors not only bring enormous investment risks to the mining investment projects, but investment opportunities value for the mining investment projects. Based on the real options pricing theory and methods, this paper analyzes the option characteristics of mining investment, discusses the influence of various types of outburst events on the investment values of overseas mining projects, establishes the corresponding analysing method and evaluating model, and provides new thoughts of mining investment project evaluation and decision-makings.
