摘 要:采用常温相变储能石蜡作为复合相变材料的储能介质,以多孔陶粒作为吸附载体,再通过海藻酸钠反应包封陶粒,复合制成热稳定性能良好、便于在建筑结构上应用、成本低廉的颗粒型相变储能材料.将该种复合的相变储热材料加入到石膏中,能明显提高石膏板的储能密度,延长储能材料的储热时间,同时明显降低石膏的水化热峰值温度并延缓其出现时间,对石膏水化过程温度峰值的控制有良好效果.Used normal atmospheric temperature phase change paraffin as power storage medium and porous ceramisite as adsorption carries. By the reaction of sodium alginate to encapsulate the ceramisite, compounded a granular phase change power storage material which had the characteristic of excellent thermal stability, good application on building structure and low cost. Mixed the composite phase change power storage material into gypsum, which can obviously improve the power storage density of the gypsum plank and lengthen the heat storage duration time of the power storage material. Besides the addition of the composite phase change power storage material can also markedly lower the hydration peak temperature of gypsum and postpone emerging of the hydration peak temperature. It showed out an efficient result on controlling the hydration peak tem- perature of gypsum.
