摘　　要：与企业相比,建设项目有许多独特的特点,它是一种技术活动,同时也是一种经济现象.在目前的实践和学术领域中,针对建设项目的经济活动的研究还在逐步的探索中.本文拟将建设项目作为一种经济活动,超越建设项目管理的层次,借鉴公司治理的理论成果,并结合建设项目的具体特点,探讨建设项目治理的一般理论.In contrast with corporation, construction has its unique characters, this can be seen from the difference between corporate management and project management. Construction project is a kind of technology activity, at the same time, it is a kind of economic phenomena. Nowadays, we have got some preliminary research on the economic activities of construction project. In this paper, exceeding project management, construction project is seen as economic activity. We applied corporate governance theory to the research field and combine the characters of the construction project, exploring the theory of construction project governance.
