摘 要:采用高温固相合成方法制备出一种具有白光余辉的单基质磷光体Sr3Al2O6:Dy3+.通过对磷光体的Dy3+发光中心的掺杂浓度、激发光谱、发射光谱和余晖性质的研究,确认了构成白光发射的两条发射谱线的峰位分别位于484 nm和578 nm,并且栓衰减速率一致,认为均来自于Dy3+离子4f9能级,即属于4F9/2→6H15/2和4F9/2→6H13/2两个跃迁,可以获得色坐标稳定的白光.获得了Sr3Al2O6:Dg3+2 mol%磷光体样品的热释光谱,陷阱深度分别为0.36 eV和0.55 eV,对应的热释峰温为348 K和383 K.结果表明,单一基质的Sr3Al2O6:Dy3+可以作为重要的候选白光余辉材料.A single host persistent white-light phosphorescent phosphor, Dy^3+ -doped Sr3Al2O6, was prepared by high temperature solid state synthesis procedure. Through investigating doping concentration of Dy ion, spectra of excitation and emission and persistent luminescence spectrum, it is confirmed that two emission lines combined to white light are peaked at 484 nm and 578 nm, having a simultaneous decay rate. Herein constituents of white light are ascribed to a same 4f^9 energy level of Dy ion with two transitions of ^4F9/2→^6H15/2 and ^4F9/2→^6H13/2, resulting in a stable color of white light emission. The depths of trap level derived from measured thermoluminescence (TL) spectra are 0.36 eV and 0.55 eV, corresponding to 348 K and 383 K, respectively, for Sr3Al2O6 : Dg^3+ 2 mol% phosphor. The results indicate that Sr3Al2O6 : Dy^3+ phosphor could be potentially used as a persistent whit-light emitting material.
