摘　　要：阐述了基于Profibus-DP现场电动执行机构测试系统的整体实现方案,介绍了系统软硬件实现方法,着重介绍了用WinCC实现对多个电动执行机构状态检测、参数设定与报警及实时归档.开发系统目的在于为基于PROFI- BUS-DP现场总线的电动执行机构的批量测试提供方便.目前该系统通过测试,运行良好,可为电动执行机构的调试和性能指标的检测提供依据.This paper illustrates the realization of test system of electronic actuators based on PROFIBUS-DP, and introduces hardware and software design of the system. It mainly describes the way to monitor the state of electronic actuators, to set parameters, to alarm, and to archive in real-time with HMI software WinCC. The system has been tested and is running well. The goal of developing such system is to facilitate tests of electronic actuators based on PROFIBUS-DP. The system can be used for debugging and making the performance of electronic actuators.
