摘 要:对飞锯车进行了运动分析,经过分析得出飞锯车在正向和反向运行时的追踪段和减速段的速度均采用sin^2α曲线,为了提高定尺精度,在保证加速度不变的情况下,飞锯车应快速返回.在满足此条件下,本文给出了飞锯车各个阶段的运动方程和一种常用情况下的计算结果,目前此方法已在现场应用.The paper analyzes the kinematic motion of the flying-saw vehicle. After the analysis, it is concluded that the accelerating periods and decelerating periods in both forward and backward directions will follow sin^2α curve and, in order to increase the sawing dimensional accuracy, flying-saw vehicle must come back as soon as possible while acceleration remains constant. Based on this premise, the paper gives out the equations of kinematic motion of the flying-saw vehicle in every stages and one example result in a common situation. By now this method has been used in the real situation.
