摘　　要：本文介绍PLC对中指胶皮套次品检测的控制,在PLC对中指胶皮套次品检测的控制中主要阐述对中指胶皮套次品检测的工艺要求,PLC的I/O口的分配,PLC的软件编程中应用块置位BSET(071)指令、移位寄存器SFT (010)指令完成对次品检测的控制,以及使用加减计数器仪表完成对合格产品的数量记录和显示.This text introduces the detection system for defective products in middle finger rubber sleeves controlled by PLC. The following have been mainly explained in the text： technological requirements for the testing system, the distribution of PLC＇s L/O points, the application of instruction BSET（071） and instruction SFT（010）in the program to detect defective products, and the counting and showing of the quantity of conforming products by using a backward-forward counting meter.
