摘 要:目的研究不同类型脑肿瘤细胞形态学特征,并探讨细胞学在术中快速诊断的临床价值。方法取术中或术后颅内肿瘤组织行细胞学印片作出性质与类型诊断,并与组织病理学结论作对比研究。结果不同类型脑肿瘤细胞形态学各具有主要鉴别特征,与常规组织学石蜡切片诊断进行比较,312例印片细胞病理学诊断显示对肿瘤组织分类准确率92.3%;与155例快速冰冻切片诊断准确率93.5%。结论术中印片细胞病理学诊断颅脑肿瘤与组织学诊断结果的符合率高,且两者具有互补性,是一种简便、快速及可靠的有效诊断手段之一。随着在立体定向技术和颅脑穿刺技术的发展与推广,应用细胞病理学快速诊断颅脑肿瘤具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the cytological features of intracranial tumors, and study the clinical value of imprint cytology in rapid diagnosis of intracranial tumors during operation. Methods 312 cases of imprint cytology were resourced fresh samples of intracranial tumors during operation. The cytological reports of all samples from operation lesions were compared with the fingdings of frozen and paraffin histopathological biopsy. Results The different cellular morphological features were showed on the imprint cytological specimens of intracranial tumors. To compare with the diagnostic results of paraffin sections, the classifying accuracy rate of cytology was 92.3% in 312 cases, and with 93.5% of 155 frozen sections in this group. Conclusions The accuracy rate of diagnosis with imprint cytology is similar to that of frozen sections and both the detection methods have a supplement effect to each other. Cytopathology is simple, rapid and reliable method for intracranial tumors during operation, and it reveals significant value with the development of intracranial three-dimensional orientation technique and aspiration biopsy.
