兰州都市圈的规划建设特征研究

摘　　要：兰州自古是黄河上游多民族汇聚的交通要塞,融"丝路文化、黄河文化、多民族文化"于一体,战略地位、交通位置重要,是我国西北地区经济社会发展的中心和枢纽城市之一。规划、建设兰州都市圈是顺应经济全球化和区域经济一体化的需要,是落实国家西部大开发战略和实现甘肃省国民经济、社会发展战略目标的需要。文章分析了兰州都市圈的现状经济社会发展水平,在研究都市圈发展特征的基础上,提出了都市圈规划建设的总体设想——"培育型"都市圈。最后,就都市圈建设发展过程中面临的重大问题进行了探讨。Lanzhou lies on the upper reach of Yellow River, integrating with the Silk Road culture, the yellow river culture and the multi- national culture. It is an important transport and eonnnunication center in Northwest China. Planning and constructing Lanzhou metropolitan area are necessary to adapt to economic globalization and regional economic integration, to fulfill national strategy of the western development and economic and social development goals of Gansu Province. This paper analyzes the need of constructing metropolitan area, puts forward the overall view of planning and construction of metropolitan area- ＂nurturing type＂ metropolitan area on the basis of evaluating present economic and social development level. Finally, it discusses the major issues in the process of constructing and developing metropolitan area.
