负载型Pt／分子筛催化剂上单十二烷基磷酸酯的合成

摘　　要：以分子筛为载体，用常温浸渍法制备了一系列负载型Pt催化剂，考察了分子筛种类、Pt负载量对正磷酸与月桂醇直接酯化制备单十二烷基磷酸酯反应的影响，并对催化剂进行了XRD、BET、NH3-TPD等表征。结果表明，相同Pt负载量下，脱铝βDβ）为载体较USY（超稳Y）分子筛为载体的催化剂催化性能高。随着Pt负载量的增加，催化剂的活性增加，当负载量达到0．8％（质量分数）时，催化剂活性达到最高。在0．8％Pt／Dβ催化剂上，考察了甲苯带水剂量及催化剂用量对反应的影响，当磷酸与月桂醇摩尔比为1：1，反应温度为120℃，时间为24h时，月桂醇的转化率可达98．3％，单酯选择性为96．4％，收率为94．8％。The Pt/zeolite catalysts were prepared by impregnation at ambient temperature. Effects of zeolite type and Pt loading on the direct esterification of lauryl alcohol with ortho-phosphoric acid were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, and NH3-TPD. The results showed that the catalytic activities of Pt/Dβ （dealuminated β zeolite） catalysts were higher than those of Pt/USY （ultra-stable Y zeolite） catalysts at the same Pt loading. With increase of Pt loading, the catalytic activity was improved, and the conversion of lauryl alcohol could reach the maximum value when the Pt loading was 0.8% （mass fraction） on Dβ. Over the 0.8%Pt/Dβ catalyst, the amounts of toluene （as water carrier） and catalyst in reaction medium were optimized. The conversion of lauryl alcohol, the selectivity and yield of mono-dodecylphosphate ester were as high as 98. 3%, 96.4% and 94. 8%, respectively, at 120℃ of the reaction temperature, 1 of the phosphoric acid/lauryl alcohol mole ratio, and 24 h of the reaction time.
