摘 要:研究了离子交换法制备的Co—Beta/Mordenite复合结构催化剂在富氧条件下甲烷选择催化还原NO反应的催化性能。结果表明,Co-Beta/Mordenite催化剂在较宽的温度范围(450-650℃)具有良好的催化活性,NO的最大转化率达60%以上;并在10h内保持了良好的稳定性。Co—Beta/Mordenite催化剂也表现出较好的抗SO2毒化性能和可逆性。Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with methane in the presence of excess oxygen was studied for the first time over Co2+-exchanged Beta/Mordenite composite catalysts. Co-Beta/Mordenite catalyst prepared by ion exchang method was active over a wide-temperature range (450--650℃), the maximum NO conversions above 60 was reached. Moreover, the Co-Beta/Mordcnite also exhibited good stability during a test of 10 h. It was found that Co-Beta/Mordenite was tolerant to SO2 to some extent and reversible in activity after the removal of SO2.
