摘 要:在不同溶剂热反应条件下制备了具有自组装活性中心的金属有机分子筛Cu3(BTC)2,采用XRD和SEM等手段对所制备的Cu3(BTC)2进行了表征,并考察了其在苯甲醇氧化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,Cu3(BTC)2可有效催化苯甲醇氧化反应,在相同的反应条件下,其催化活性高于离子交换法制备的Cu/Y催化剂。Cu3(BTC)2的反应活性和稳定性与反应溶剂的选择有着密切的关系;反应后的Cu3(BTC)2虽然拓扑结构、晶体形貌发生了一定变化,但反应活性仍然保持不变,在丙酮溶剂中重复使用的Cu3(BTC)2甚至表现出高于第一次使用时的反应活性。Metallo-organic molecular sieve Cu3 (BTC) 2 (BTC = benzene 1,3,5-tricarboxylate), with self-organization active centres, was synthesized under different solvothermal reaction conditions. The synthesized samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Moreover, their catalytic properties in the oxidation of benzyl alcohol were also investigated in detail. The results indicated that Cu3(BTC)2 could effectively catalyze benzyl alcohol oxidation and exhibited higher catalytic activity than Cu(II)- exchanged zeolite Y under the identical reaction conditions. The natures of reaction solvents had great influence on the catalytic activity and stability of Cu3(BTC)2. A structural and morphological change was observed during the reaction, but the reused catalyst still kept its original catalytic activity and even had higher activity than that of the fresh sample in acetone solvent.
