摘 要:在极浓体系中,以硅铝微球为硅源、硝酸镁为促进剂,引入氟化物作为矿化剂,合成了高硅/铝摩尔比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))的L型分子筛。通过改变氟/硅摩尔比(n(F-)/n(SiO2))、氟源种类、结晶时间、结晶温度等条件,考察了高硅L型分子筛的合成规律,并采用XRD、SEM等手段对合成样品进行了物化性能表征。结果表明,在170℃、以KF为矿化剂、n(KF)/n(SiO2)=0.2、晶化36h条件下,可以合成出n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=10的纯相高硅L型分子筛。Siliceous zeolite L was synthesized in extremely dense system with microsphere as the silica source, magnesium nitrate as the accelerant and fluoride as the mineral agent. The synthesis conditions of zeolite L including composition of reaction mixture, crystallization temperature, time, etc. were investigated. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The experimental results showed that siliceous zeolite L with n(SiO2 )/n (Al2O3)= 10 was synthesized in extremely dense system at 170℃ for 36 h with potassium fluoride as the mineral agent, n(KF) /n(SiO2 ) =0.2.
