摘 要:以拟薄水铝石为铝源、水玻璃为硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化胺为模板剂,在110℃水热条件下合成了含Al的MCM-41介孔分子筛AlMCM-41。以AlMCM-41介孔分子筛为载体、以w和Ni为活性组分制备了加氢脱硫催化剂NiW/AlMCM-41,并对AlMCM-41和Niw/AlMCM-41进行了XRD和BET表征。结果表明,所合成的AlMCM-41具有很高的相对结晶度,n(SiO2)/n(Al2O2)为25~100的AlMCM-41和NiW/AlMCM-41的比表面积、孔容和平均孔径均较高。以NiW/AlMCM-41为催化剂,在反应压力6MPa、反应温度350℃、氢/油体积比800及质量空速1.0h^-1条件下,二苯并噻吩的脱硫率可达97.7%。AlMCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves with highly ordered structure were hydrothermally synthesized by using cationic surfaetant of eetyltrimethylammonium bromide as template agent, sodium silicate as silicon source and pseudoboehmite as aluminum source at 110℃. Hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalysts NiW/AlMCM-41 were prepared by depositing Ni and W sulfides on mesoporous AlMCM-41. The AlMCM-41 and prepared NiW/AlMCM-41 were characterized hy means of XRD and BET techniques. Results showed that the AlMCM-41 has higher relative crystallinity. The AlMCM-41 and NiW/AlMCM-41 with 25--100 of SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio were evaluated to be of higher specific surface area, pore volume and average pore size. The HDS activity of NiW/AlMCM-41 was tested under the conditions of reaction temperature 350℃, reaction pressure 6 MPa, hydrogen/ oil volume ratio 800 and WHSV 1.0 h-1 , the dibenzothiophene HDS rate reached 97.7%.
