溶胶-凝胶法制备固载型离子液体催化剂以及在不对称双羟基化反应中的应用

摘  要:利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了固载离子液体的介孔分子筛。并采用XRD、TG-DTA、FT-IR、TEM等手段表征了所得分子筛样品,分析和比较了焙烧和溶剂萃取2种脱除模板剂的方法对所得固载型介孔分子筛结构性能的影响。并初步考察了负载Os催化剂对不对称双羟基化反应的影响。结果表明,随着离子液体引入量的降低,所得分子筛的介孔结构的有序度增强。该分子筛负载Os催化剂在羟基化反应中表现出较好的催化效果,并可重复利用4次。The mesoporous molecular sieves supported with ionic liquid were prepared by sol-gel method. The template was removed by calcination and extraction respectively, and the structures of two kinds mesoporous hybrids prepared above were characterized and compared by use of XRD,TG-DTA,FT-IR and TEM techniques. It is shown that the order degree of the mesoporous structure increased with the amount of ionic liquid decrease. The effect of catalyst prepared by mesoporous hybrids loaded with Os on asymmetric dihydroxylation reaction was investigated, indicating high catalytic activity, whereas the catalyst can be reused over four times.
