摘  要:在磷酸体系中合成了SBA-15介孔分子筛,采用嫁接法进-步合成了Al/P—SBA-15介孔分子筛催化剂,并通过XRD和TEM分析手段对其结构进行了表征,初步考察了催化剂用量、催化剂粒度和反应物进料速率对该催化剂催化萘与异丙醇反应性能的影响。结果表明,所合成的Al/P—SBA-15介孔分子筛催化剂具有高度有序结构,但反应后催化剂的结构有序度下降;同时找出了消除内外扩散对萘烷基化反应影响的最佳条件:催化剂用量为0.5g,催化剂粒度40~80目,反应物进料速率0.05ml/min。Mesoporous SBA-15 molecular sieves were synthesized in phosphoric acidmedia and then the mesoporous Al/P-SBA-15 catalysts were prepared via grafted method. The structure and morphology of SBA-15 and Al/P-SBA-15 were characterized by means of XRD and TEM analysis, meanwhile, the effects of catalyst amount, catalyst mush and reactant liquid speed on the catalytic performances of Al/P-SBA-15 in naphthalene alkylation with isopropanol were discussed. The results indicated that the Al/P-SBA-15 was of highly ordered structure, and its ordered degree was decreased after catalytic reaction. The optimum reaction conditions of eliminating external and internal diffusion in naphthaleue alkylation were obtained as follows: the catalyst amount of around 0. 5 g, the catalyst particle size between 40--80 mush and reactant feeding speed of 0.05ml/min, respectively.
