摘 要:HAT-plus重芳烃轻质化工艺采以大孔纳米分子筛为活性组分、非贵金属改性制备的催化剂,用于制备苯、甲苯和二甲苯。该催化剂具有高活性、高选择性和高稳定性,重芳烃处理能力高于国外现有工艺催化剂。稳定性实验结果表明,平均总转化率高于55%,BTX(苯、甲苯和二甲苯)总选择性大于75%,其中二甲苯选择性可达60%。HAT—plus重芳烃轻质化技术可满足不同工况要求。The HAT-plus catalyst for conversion of heavy aromatics to light aromatics, which is consisted of nanosized molecular sieve with large pore structure and non-noble metals,can be used for producing benzene (B), toluene (T) and xylenes (X) from C9 and higher alkylaromatics. The catalyst presented high activity, high selectivity and high stability. The maximum limit of C10 aromatics in feedstocks was higher than other representative oversea technologies of the conversion of heavy aromatics to light aromatics. The results of stability study showed that average total convertion of heavy aromatics exceeded 55 % and BTX average selectivity was greater than 75 %, in which X average selectivity reached 60%. The HAT-plus technology for conversion of heavy aromatics to light aromatics can meet the demands of various operating conditions.
