摘  要:采用静态水热合成法,以四丙基氢氧化铵为模板剂合成了Mo—ZSM-5分子筛,并着重考察了氧化钼和钼酸铵作为Mo源对合成的影响。结果表明,采用氧化钼作Mo源,不利于Mo原子进入分子筛骨架,但是有利于减小分子筛的粒径。初步证明,Mo—ZSM-5分子筛的形成遵循高硅成核机理。Nanosized Mo-ZSM-5 has been synthesized by kydrothermal crystallization method with molybdenum oxide, ammonium molybdate as molybdenum source and tetrapropylammonium hydroxide as template agent. The influence of molybdenum source on zeolite particle sizes and the Mo loading amount into the zeolite skeleton was investigated as well. The results showed that molybdenum oxide was not a good molybdenum source for introducing molybdenum into the zeolite frameworks, but was helpful to reduce the particle size. It is concluded that the formation of Mo-ZSM-5 followed the typical high silicon nucleation mechanism.
