摘 要:为提高网络制造环境下企业间的集成性能,在经济视图概念框架下,从企业间和企业内两方面,提出了网络化制造环境下从协同企业网络到各节点企业,以及各节点企业内部如何进行性能评估的全面解决方案。首次给出了能够支持经济视图与计算机集成制造体系结构中其他视图相关方法集成应用的企业内性能建模的具体方法。在此基础上,从构建一个完整性能系统所需的三个要素出发,逐步探讨和阐述了企业间集成性能评估方法。To enhance inter-organizational integration performance in the networked manufacturing environment, based upon the conceptual framework of economic view, an integrated and complete solution was proposed for the performance measurement of intra-organizational and inter-organizational integration, which realized the related performance analysis and management from enterprise network level to enterprise node level and under the enterprise node level as well. A concrete intra-organizational modeling method was presented for economic view at first, which was correlated to the relevant models of other views in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) architecture. Then, a performance measurement method of inter-organizational integration was carefully examined and discussed from three aspects, which were the required essentials to construct a complete performance measurement system.
