摘　　要：为提高管理决策的速度和准确性,帮助管理者快速制定管理战略,提出了利用基于案例的推理技术制定利益相关者管理战略的方法。首先阐述了基于案例的推理技术的基本原理和处理过程,然后将基于案例的推理技术引入到利益相关者管理领域,提出利用基于案例的推理技术构建利益相关者管理战略的制定方法,建立了利益相关者管理战略支持系统的知识模型。该技术作为企业竞争情报的重要工具,可以为企业管理者提供战略的制定与实施;这种方法实用有效,能够帮助管理者在驾驭一个多利益相关者环境的同时创造价值。To improve the rapidity and veracity of management decision, and to help management personnel to enact management strategy, the way of enacting the administration tactics utilizing the ease-based reasoning （CBR） technology was brought forward. Basic principles and process of CBR technology were firstly explained, Then, by introducing CBR technology into the field of stakeholders management, CBR-based method to enact stakeholder management strategy was proposed, and a knowledge model of stakeholder management strategy support system was also constructed. As an important business tool for enterprise competitive intelligence, this technology provided strategic method for enacting and implementation. This method was proved to be feasible and effective, which would be able to assist any business leader creating value while navigating a multi-stakeholder environment.
