摘　　要：目的观察慢性阻塞性肺部疾病（COPD）患者营养支持治疗对肺功能的影响。方法选70例COPD患者随机分为营养治疗组和对照组。结果治疗后营养治疗组较对照组肺功能有明显好转（P〈0.05）。结论对于COPD患者，除常规治疗外，并给予相应的营养支持治疗，对明显改善肺功能有十分重要的意义。Objective To observe the effect of nutritional support for lung function on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods 70 cases of election COPD patients were randomly divided into nutritional treatment group and controlled group. Results Comparing with the compared group, the lung function of nutritional treatment group were improved markedly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with COPD, in addition to conventional treatment, and to give the appropriate nutritional support for the marked improve lung function are of great significance.
