摘　　要：广西锰矿资源极为丰富，但从锰业创造的经济总产值来看，广西锰业并未获得与锰资源储量相对应的经济地位，资源优势未能有效地转化为经济优势和地区竞争优势。因此，要做大广西锰业的规模，通过发展创新集群使广西锰业获得高质量、可持续的发展，使广西得天独厚的矿产资源转化为长久造福百姓的经济优势。提高锰业对广西经济的贡献率是广西矿产资源开发的长远战略。Guangxi is rich in manganese ore resources. The problem is how to converse the resources advantage into economic advantage. The paper analyzes the economic meaning of the development of Guangxi manganese industry with the theory on innovative cluster and puts forward countermeasures such as the construction of platform and system of muhi-involvement in Guangxi manganese industry, the design of policy system for attracting foreign capital, the talent support system and the well-established evaluation system to develop innovative clusters in order to make high-quality and sustainable way for Guangxi manganese industry.
