摘　　要：研究了脲基四甲叉膦酸的合成工艺及其反应条件对产品性能指标和缓蚀阻垢性能的影响。结果表明:甲醛和脲都能与亚磷酸进行反应,不同工艺、反应条件下合成的脲基四甲叉膦酸具有不同的产物分布和缓蚀阻垢性能,产品的阻垢性能均好于缓蚀性能,且具有较好的阻垢效果。Carbamidetetra （methylenephosponic acid）was synthesized for corrosion and scale inhibitor, and effects of different processes on quality of the products were discussed. The results showd that the products in different reaction conditions had varied product mixture and their corrosion and scale inhibitions were diverse.
