摘 要:Dt基因是玉米显性矮秆基因,被定位于玉米的第10条染色体长臂,目前报道的显性矮秆基因只有D8(Mpl1)和D9,它们分别位于染色体1的长臂和染色体5的短臂;Dt矮秆突变体属于赤霉素敏感型,含有D8,D9基因的材料对赤霉素不敏感;Dt基因与D8,D9基因的等位性分析表明,Dt与D8,D9为非等位基因,进一步证明了Dt基因是一个新发现的玉米显性矮秆基因。Dt gene was a dominant dwarf gene we found and it was maize. The reported dominant dwarf genes were limited to mapped on the long arm of chromosome 10 in Dwaf8 ( Mpl 1 ) and Dwarf9 , which were located on the long ann of chromosomel and the short arm of chromosome 5, respectively. The Dt dwarf mutant was sensitive to gibberellin while accessions that contain D8 or D9 were insensitive to gibberellin. Moreover, allelic analysis between Dt and D8 or D9 indicated that Dt was a non-allelic to D8 or D9. Which proved Dt gene was a new dominant dwarf gene in maize.
