化疗加母牛分枝杆菌菌苗治疗40例结核性胸膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨母牛分枝杆菌菌苗对结核性胸膜炎免疫治疗作用及远期疗效的影响。方法将结核性胸膜炎80例患者随机分为母牛分枝杆菌菌苗治疗组和激素对照组。观察在全身化疗的基础上加用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗治疗后的疗效。结果结核性渗出性胸膜炎加用免疫治疗后疗程缩短至5个月，随访2年无复发，近期疗效无差异，远期疗效高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论母牛分枝杆菌菌苗辅助治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎有较大价值。Objective To assess the immunity treatment function of Tuberculous exudative pleurisy with M. vaecae and the long-term curative effect. Methods 80 patients with Tuberculous exudative pleurisy were randommized to receive M. vaeeae and the control group received the hormone. Observe the curative effect of the patients were treated with M. vaccae on the basis of the whole body chemotherapy. Result The addition of immunity treatment could shorten the time of Tuberculous exudative pleurisy treatment to 5 months and relapse during the two years follow-up, There was no differences in the near future curative effect, the longterm curative effect was higher than control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion M. vaccae induction treatment has good effect on the treatment of Tuberculous exudative pleurisy.
