摘　　要：从阐明人口老龄化的背景入手,分析吉林省人口老龄化的特点及对经济社会发展的影响。解决人口老龄化问题一要把老龄事业纳入国民经济和社会发展规划;二要增强社会承受能力;三要形成尊老爱老的良好社会风气;四要建立健全社会养老保障体系;五要发展以社区服务为主体的老年服务体系。Starting with the illustration of the background of population aging, this paper analyzes features of population aging in Jilin Province and its impacts on social and economic development. This paper holds that in order to solve the issue of population aging the following measures should be taken. First, undertakings for the aged should be brought into National Economy and Social Development Plan. Second, the enduring ability of society should be enhanced. Third, a fine social custom in which the elderly are respected and taken care. of should be cultivated. Fourth, social old - age pension insurance system should be established and perfected. Lastly, community based service systems for the aged should be developed.
