摘  要:以南京的6个楸树优良单株为父本,以连云港云台山的2个楸树优良单株为母本,进行了楸树人工杂交授粉试验并对杂种种实进行了品质分析。结果表明:低温和适度干燥有利于楸树花粉的贮藏保鲜;授粉方法中手持花药轻触雌蕊柱头结实率较高,混水喷雾法结实率太低,实践中不宜采用;杂交种实成熟后其蒴果长度和果柄长度存在显著差异,蒴果内种子的长度、长宽比、千粒重、饱满率和发芽率也存在显著差异,种子的宽度差异不显著;杂交授粉所结的种子空粒现象较为严重,饱满粒种子所占的比例仅1.35%~17.89%,发芽率0~14.71%,部分杂交组合所结的种子未能发芽。In this paper, six good Catalpa bungei trees in Nanjing were selected as male parent and two good C. bungei trees in Lianyungang Yuntai monntain as female parent. The hybridization pollination test was carried out. The quality of the hybrid seed was analyzed. The results indicated that low temperature and moderate drying was beneficial to pollen storage. It had high fructification rate by the way of holding anther to point pistil chapiter and very low fructification rate by the way of pollen mixing water spraying. The latter method is not suggested to be used in practice. Different mature hybrid fruit had significant variance in capsule length and capsule handle length. The seeds from different fruit also had notable difference in length, length to width, thousand seeds weight, plumpness and germination percentage, hut they had no significant variance in seed width. Phenomenon that hybridization seed were empty often happened. The full seed percentage in total seeds was between 1.35%--17.89%. The germination percentage of hybrid seed was between 0-- 14.71% , and a part of hybrid seeds failed to germinate.
