摘 要:介绍了NOx的形成过程、形成途径和形成的3个要素,从试验方面研究了发动机运行工况、供油提前角、喷油系统、涡轮增压、中冷、燃油品质和环境条件对柴油发动机NOx排放的影响。结果表明,低负荷、最佳的供油提前角、合理的喷油系统、中冷技术及较高十六烷值的燃油有利于降低NOx排放,涡轮增压增加了NOx排放,而环境条件对NOx排放影响变化复杂。The forming process, the forming method and the forming three elements of NOx were introduced. The influences of operating conditions, fuel supply advance angle, turbocharging, intercooling, fuel quality and environment condition on NOx emission were researched from the view of experiment. The results showed that the NO, emission was reduced by the low load operation condition, the optimal fuel supply advance angle, the appropriate design of injection system, the intercooling technology and the fuel with high cetane number, was increased by the turbocharging, and was affected complicatedly by the environment condition.
