摘 要:金刚石圆锯片在使用过程中,经常出现锯齿根部疲劳断裂。本文结合实验数据分析了锯齿断裂原因,为锯齿结构设计提供了实验数据和理论依据。本文借助有限元(ANSYS)耦合场分析方法,对切削时锯齿根部循环动应力进行了计算,估算了锯齿的疲劳寿命。分析结果表明:在实验条件下切割C35混凝土时,锯齿大部分时间受到的切削力低于其疲劳损伤极限,但切削到直径较大的硬骨料时切削力高于其疲劳损伤极限,造成锯齿的疲劳损伤;在实验条件下锯齿的疲劳寿命为180 h左右;在实验条件下切割C35混凝土时,锯齿受到的峰值切削载荷一般在锯齿的疲劳损伤极限附近。Fatigue cracking often happen on the tooth root when diamond circular saw blades cut materials. This paper analysed the reason of sawtooth fatigue cracks according to experimental data, thus providing experimental data and theory foundation for saw blade design and manufacture. On the basis of the analytical approach of ANSYS coupling field, the authors calculated the fluctuant-cycle stress of sawtooth during the course of its cutting, and estimated the fatigue life of sawtooth. The theoretical analysis and experiments results revealed that the fatigue life of sawtooth is influenced by manufacture techniques, work piece material and sawtooth shape. The analytical result indicated that the cutting force on the sawtooth is under its limit of fatigue damage in a majority of time when the Concrete C35 is cut on the condition of this experiment. However, the cutting force is superior to its limit of fatigue damage when cutting bigger dimension or harder materials, and leads to the fatigue damage of sawtooth. The fatigue life of sawtooth is around 180 h under the condition of this experiment, and the peak value load on sawtooth is commonly near its limit of fatigue damage when the Concrete C35 is cut.
