摘  要:颗粒增强铝基复合材料性能优良,在仪器仪表、航空航天等领域有着十分广泛的应用。本文提出了利用电镀金刚石砂轮在普通数控加工中心上对SipC颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行平面磨削的加工方法。通过正交实验,研究了主轴转速,进给量和磨削深度对磨削力的影响。实验结果表明:磨削深度对磨削力影响最大,其次为进给量,主轴转速对磨削力的影响很小。之后利用最小二乘法推导出了经验公式,并利用所得公式对实验数据进行了重新计算,对拟合精度进行了分析,最后对磨削表面粗糙度进行了简单实验。实验表明:磨削深度对粗糙度影响较小,主轴转速、进给量与粗糙度成正比关系,粗糙度在0.4—0.6um之间。The particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites have good performance, which are broadly used in the instrument, aviation and spaceflight field. This paper developed the plane grinding method using electroplated diamond wheel in a NC machining center, and researched the influence of grinding condition (spindle speed, feed, depth of grinding) on grinding force of Sip C-particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites with eleetroplated diamond wheel. Influence of spindle speed, feed amount and depth of grinding on the grinding forces was studied based on an orthogonal array. It was found that depth of grinding has the most important effect on grinding force, then feed is the second important factor, at last spindle speed exerts faint effect on grinding force. Then an empirical formula was summed up by least square method, and experiment results were calculated anew with the empirical formula, the fitting precision was analyzed. Finally the ground surface roughness is simply studied. The results showed that depth of grinding exerts faint effect on roughness, spindle speed and feed is directly proportional with roughness. The roughness varies between 0.4 um and 0.6 um.
