摘 要:分别对2个水稻抗病亲本25-289、IR71676-34-1-1与2个感病亲本桂649、测253进行杂交组配,并利用白叶枯病和稻瘟病菌液对亲本及其杂交F1、F2进行接种鉴定,探讨两个双抗水稻品种的白叶枯病和稻瘟病抗性基因在杂交后代中的遗传表现。结果表明,25-289对广西稻区白叶枯病的抗性受一对显性基因控制,IR71676-34-1-1是受一对隐性基因支配;两个抗病材料的稻瘟病抗性均受一对显性基因控制;两个抗性亲本的白叶枯病基因及稻瘟病基因均是独立遗传的,该研究结果为深入研究选育多抗水稻新品种提供了理论基础。In the experiment, two rice disease-resistant parents 25-289, IR71676 34 1 1, and two susceptible parents Gui 649 and Ze 253 were crossed and combined, bacterial liquid of bacterial blight and rice blast were inoculated to parents and their F1, F2 to discuss the genetic expression in progeny of resistance gene to bacterial blight and rice blast for two rice germplasm. The result showed that the rice bacterial blight resistance gene to the preponderant physiological race in Guangxi of 25-289 was controlled by one dominant major gene, while that of IR71676-34-1-1was controlled by one recessive gene. The rice blast resistance genes of two germplasm parents were encoded by one dominant major gene. Moreover, the bacterial blight and rice blast gene of two rice resistant parents were independent in inheritance. The results could provide theoretical basis on studying and breeding new multi resistance rice variety.
