摘　　要：围绕新世纪新阶段"三农"工作实际,探讨了梧州市发展新型农村经济合作组织的必要性,分析了该市新型农村经济合作组织的3种形式和特点,并针对各自形式存在的问题提出相应的对策:对农业生产协会应选好协会负责人,尽量避免行政干预,完善各项制度,提升整体实力;对农业龙头企业+其他+农户应加强组织制度建设,因地制宜选择龙头企业和农户的连接方式,加强技术指导和服务,创新利益联结机制,实行农业产业化经营;对农业生产专业使用社应充分发挥人才、科技等要素的作用,建立农业投资新机制,实行信息公开,有效解决交易双方信息不对称问题。The necessity of developing new rural economic cooperation organizations in Wuzhou City were analyzed based on the ＂Three F＂ （farm, farmer and farming） features at new stages in the new century. Three kinds of new rural economic cooperation organization in Wuzhou City and their characteristics were discussed. Some corresponding countermeasures were put forward to solve those above problems, which includes： choosing a capable director for the association, avoiding the administration interference and improving all kinds of institution, enhancing the association＇s strength ; strengthening the institution construction of ＂leading agricultural enterprises＋foundation ＋farmers＂, selecting an available way to connect leading enterprises and farmers, strengthening the technology guidance and services, innovating the interests bonding mechanisms, implementing the management of agricultural industrialization ; the role of human resources, sciences and technology should be fully paid attention to establish the new agricultural investment institution, making the information publicly and effectively solving the problem of asymmetric information on trading sides.
